Nylon shell has a durable, water-repellent finish that causes moisture to bead and roll off rather than soak into the fabric. The Premium Down insulation provides superior warmth in mere ounces.
Models shown are 5’9″ to 5’11” tall, wearing size S/4, L/12, or XXL/18.
Care Instruction
Secure all garment closures before laundering. Machine wash warm delicate, separately, using mild detergent only. Do not bleach or use fabric softeners. Rinse thoroughly and remove promptly. Tumble dry low. Do not hang to dry. Do not iron or steam. For best results, dry with a clean tennis ball.

Ordered and received the Down Parka
The Amazon Eddie Bauer Women’s Cirruslite order page is confusing. I first ordered the Medium which arrived as the “jacket”. It was too short and tight and had no hood so I returned it. (I’m 5’3″, 140 lbs.)I then took a chance on ordering the Large and it arrived as the “parka”, which is what I wanted. It’s long and covers my behind, plenty of room to add another layer underneath, it’s very warm for being so lightweight and comes with the hood. For my recent trip to Boston (in December) it squished down nicely in my backpack and removed without a wrinkle. I ordered through Amazon instead of through Eddie Bauer because they deliver so quickly. I would recommend the parka or the jacket but I wish the description of each item was more clear for other’s to follow.

Light jacket but very warm
This coat is super light but keeps me warm in the cold weather. I’m from MA so it gets really cold here. The fit is perfect, I got a large just so I could wear bulky sweaters/sweatshirts under it.

It’s As I Imagined It Would Be
Was worried about the fit, but it fits me well. It’s a weeeee bit long as I am only 5ft, but it’s still ok. Still a goid silhouette.Looks very fashionable, has goid quality. Does not look bulky, is lightweight and easy to pack. So far there aren’t any feathers sticking out of the seams. Hopefully never.

Quality not great for the price
I followed the care instructions for the Cirruslite Down Jacket. The material inside the individual “puffy” sections bunched up making the jacket look lumpy. Definitely not worth the money. Do not recommend.

Nice
Warm, comfortable nice fit. I live in southern ca so it is not real cold. I’m 5’6” and weigh around 145 lbs. I got a large to have room to move freely. Seems well made. I’ve only had to wear it three times for my three mile walk.

Light and Warm, but Leaking feathers
The jacket itself is very light. It keeps me warm and I like the hood. I also really like the zipper. One major complaint is that feather starts to leak very early on. After first wash, I can see feathers leaking. After owning it for a month, I see feathers leaking everyday.
