A Good buy, still good after three years.
I bought these shoes three years ago. They saw regular use. After three years, the sole will have to be replaced, which is normal after regular use. The leather top is fine, although not necessarily the best quality. It is slightly wrinkled, but nothing really unusual.Rockport made in the US (a long time ago), used to last longer and the leather was not worn out after three years. However, given the fact that shoes, nowadays, last 1-2 years at most, I think those shoes are a good buy. I could have a shoe repair shop replace the sole, but it will cost the same as buying a new pair.
