Size and fit is always the struggle for all of this, esp online. Generally speaking, over all it’s a nice garment at a reasonable price. However in this concerning size and it being a “full” or “big” cut – I measured well and several times, the pants are to big.Since a high percent blend likely to not shrink at all, (a nice heavier material as well, good for cooler weather); but who knows, and not going to put them in a dryer anyway and experiment.So, generally speaking as i prepare to return, exchange these in this “category” of size (e.g., not 32 inch waist “standard” or “slim”) and again, the whole “generous” cut and stretch waist (and it is, fully) I’m going to try actually 4 inches less on the waist and 2 inched shorter on the inseam. So, while may be an accurate waist number, when worn, functionally the way it fits with all the “generous cut” additions – it functionally may, does wear as way to big. I could have put these pants on fully buttoned and zippered if you can imagine.I notice any pant, concerning length, e.g., says 32 length, if measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of the pant leg will measure “actually” 31; sometimes even 30. So, does that mean that a 30 will measure 29, or even a 28? I’d love to know that with certainty too. And again, esp in this “active wear” cut, or “athletic” et alia. And once one starts to wear it for the day, it will “rise up” (creases) and sometimes “drop down”. A cuff can “break” 3-different ways too pending what you like, shoe type, or is in “style” – I personally like a slight break, no slop, but not, what’s it called “flood/waiters” height (a style to show socks, etc. today).So, this one measured shorter than the stated leg length; and I guess some do by an inch. So again, I’ll be looking at IF available in these 4″ less in the waste, and then, 2″ less in the length.I hope that helps someone.I thought to order a few sizes, but hoped from the reviews all that work would not be necessary. It’s work one way or the other.So, I’d say they “run big” and to order at least one size down, if not two on the waist and one size down on the length. Or, order “that” with what you think is correct, possibly.Oh and I’ll add, this is a substantial cloth, blend material, not light weight; so for warm weather – be mindful if think these are those “light weight” full cotton types – not these.

These pants are amazing! They are light weight and super comfortable. I wear them in the 100 degree heat here in Texas. I have them in three colors now. The fit is perfect and they don’t wrinkle.
